2018 Division Champions

Northwood Little League would like to congratulate its 2018 Division Champions. All three teams fought hard throughout the 50th Anniversary Season and ultimately came out on top of their respective divisions.

In the Coaches Pitch division, the Hurricanes won their title after going undefeated all season. Led by manager Nick Conner and coach Brady Mashak, the Hurricanes went 16-0. They finished the quest for the title on a walkoff from Conner's son "Cash the Flash."

In the Minors division, the Rockhounds' Lawson Shirley got the save in a 10-7 title game win. Shirley's dad Adam managed the team with help from Jon Nelson and Paul Siffri.

Finally, in the Majors division, Bill Harder's Orioles squad drew the #3 seed in the season-ending tourney. Assisted by coaches Jared O'Neal and Michael Humphrey, Harder led the Orioles in victories over the A's, second-seeded Astros, and top-seeded Marlins to win the title.

Congratulations to all the champs. Thanks for making it a 50th Anniversary Season to remember.
